Need help modifying camera map behavior. PAID

I'm looking for someone to write a scripting solution for a following problem:

Camera map modifier only applies on a first frame and "stick" to the mesh. Don't reflect how camera and object change their relative positions in animation

Camera mapping (WSM) does change with animation. But don't let to apply any geometric modifications in stack on top of it.

I need camera mapping to do both.
