clone tool

I was looking for a tool for "vector cloning" (great to clone windows for eg.)
please.... :-)

I never locked selection and I change my spacebar to "selection" (I didn't understand why to lock selection)

I'm not sure I understand... you can do what the GIF shows if you lock the selection using the spacebar.
