Condense by Bitmap (not name but the image itself)
So I ripped a map using ninjaRipper, when I import the map into 3DS max, I've already made all materials have unique name. However, some materials have the same texture but in different directory
Tex0000_0.dds and Tex0001_0.dds are the same bitmap
Is it possible to let 3ds max find out if the bitmap is the same and condense the materials? I appreciate very much if anyone could help me on this, because I've quite a lot of different materials but have the same texture in different directory...
