Desing Lines with values typed in the Keyboard...

Please forgive my English mistakes

Does anybody know some plugin or way of could draw splines starting from values typed in the keyboard (like sketchup and autocad)?

The plugin Power Nurbs has a tool called "PWR_ sketch" that allows to draw lines using a tool with ortho functions (ortho even better than autocad) and with reference to points in the drawing but until today I didn't see some way of we could draw lines starting from values through keyboard. What would be incredible.

For me the largest mistake of the autodesk is not to have put the "Google sketchup" inside of the 3dsmax... or something similar.
