Max Scene Library PIctures
Wanted script description. It targets a directory(folder) or max file and runs through every max file and does the following. If a camera is in the scene it takes a viewport screen grab from that view otherwise it takes it from a perspective view and saves that image in the corresponding folder with its original max file. This image is solely for the purpose for being a thumbnail of that max file for quick viewing.
Extra options.
Allow users to choose if they want the viewport grab to be (smooth, smooth highlights, wireframe, smooth highlights + wireframe)
That's all!

There USED to be thumbnails
I do not know what happened to those thumbnails that once were there. I'm assuming it has to do with some 64bit operating system issue.
But aside from that the nice thing about the idea of this script is that it would be an image of the actual object in the scene. Where as sometimes with the actual thumbnail of the max file its image is of an empty viewport or off in space or it's a partial image of the objects in the scene.

Isnt there a way to activate
Isnt there a way to activate thumbnails for .max files? I remember having thumbnails for them sometime years ago, but now I don't...
