script for drive many objects by one

Hello, i need a command that allow me to control many objects like an array by just moving one object in the scene and result feedback interactive ,, just like bomb effect ,,, i tried (when) command but it's very slow cause it needs to run function every unit the controller object move so if there is any way to just got something faster it will be great
