Script Manager, Backup / Restore

Description

Is it possible via maxscript to build some kind of backup/archive/restore function for installed scripts and toolbars ?

To make the migration to a new installation of Max as easy as possible ?

Backup -> Archive -> Restore.

You could call it BAR..MaxBar....bar-igazy.......BAR-I-MAXY...woo hoo! ;)
