SME - disable auto open nodeslots

Hi guys, how´s going?
there´s something that annoys me very much in Slate material editor. Is the default option that open the nodeslots, even the empty ones (http://prntscr.com/oppvif). I looked for a keyboard shortcut to acces this command more rapidly, but i din´t find, so everytime i need to click it via menu. Does anyone knows if is possible to wrote a script to disable this option by default? i know that there is a script that does it, but is a paid one (http://www.scriptspot.com/3ds-max/scripts/droptoslate - and this is a bonus feature).

I'd say it is the main feature along with the fix of duplicate view tabs and all the rest is just a bonus :)
