Just select cameras(without target) and run the script. Script will create "Bake Cameras". Then you will need to export all cam in fbx(-z) and import in UE4.

Here is a free tool for copying animation from 3ds Max into After Effects via the clipboard, and the native AE clipboard data. You will be able to copy and paste keyframe data for position, rotation and scale from 3ds Max onto objects in AE.
Bake animation transform keys to chosen object with specified interval and sample frame step.
Plus reduce keys for chosen object with specified interval, sample frame step and threshold.
