V-Ray MultiMatte and Object ID Manager.

Handling ObjectIDs in Max can be a hassle. This hopefully simplifies life for you. You can:

- Easily set IDs on all selected objects.
- Select objects by their ID.
- List all IDs in the scene
- Clear IDs
- Automatically clear out old MultiMatte Render elements and recreate only the ones you need in the scene!

Simple script which add two new filters to Scene Explorer. 

Matte - show if object is matted or not (V-Ray)

Object ID - show object id

If you have any idea for another filter just let me know :)

...to install put the sript to your startup script folder and then you will find them in Customize->Configure Collums in Scene Explorer

The 3dsmax UI only allows you to set material effects ID up to 16 channels. The VRayMtl allows you to go beyond this using the effects ID override but other types of materials don't have any UI to adjust this. This tool using a backdoor into 3dsmax to set the effects ID beyond the 16 limit imposed by the UI.

This means you can create masks for every material in your scene. Using this tool you can either assign effects IDs by hand or just press to automatically create them and their mask render elements.

Vray AutVel Passes

This tool creates a series of passes in vray for compositing: Ambient occlusion, matte pass, vray toon, wireframe, clay render, ghost render (like evermotion's pdf), ghost and wireframe together. Feel free to use it whenever you need. This is an open source project for my degree (Industrial Design, Rome).
*version v0.9: first version shared. Save your file before use it.
*update v1.0: minor bug fixed, add some instruction in the head of the code.
*update v1.1: add vray phisical camera support for passes; changed the HSV Exponential color mapping type to Exponential

This useful tool let you set different levels of quality of the rendering: very low, low, medium, high, very high and perfect.With the new buttons you can create quickly a studio setup for design objects. You can choose a size of output too in order to create in few clicks any kind of render (study, production, fun, etc). I hope you like it.
