Paste Posture on biped

I would like to have a button to load a collection from a *.CPY file and paste a posture from that collection onto a biped.

I am trying to create a posture and pose panel eventually. I have managed to have a button that loads a BIP file and pastes this onto a biped. But I am having difficulty loading a collection and pasting a posture.

Any help much appreciated
