Animation speed up

Hi guys im wondering if anyone have seen a script which can delete every other key from object. After this it should bring the key from front of the empty place one frame back... so all the empty spots are now filled and the animation is twice the length...

I have done this with macro recorder and just played it many times but i wonder if there is a script for this...
