Export list of objects from specific layers into Excel CSV file

Hello Maxscripters,

I'm looking for a maxscript developer to create a custom script to export all objects from specific layers, and list their names + coordinates into a CSV file.

This is a paid offer. I have a specification document with screenshots to make it very clear.
