I need a spline distance measurement script to mark as a percentage.

If have multiple points in the SPline, how can I indicate where each point is relative to its starting point, assuming 0 % and 100 % respectively?

for example.
first point : 0% , last point : 100%

display like this....
2nd point : (30%) 3rd point : (73.25%)

I really need it. Please help me.
