LOD Visualizer (Levels Of Detail)

Hi, I'm Looking for a tool that I couldn't find, maybe you can help me. I'm making some LODs for videogames and what I need its compare 2 objects by switching visibility. When (LOD1) is On (LOD2) is Off and then with a button switch visibility (LOD2) on, and (LOD1) Off.

I think maybe, with an interface really simple, you can select 2 objects and with one button change the visibility

if you want more challenge you could do this for 4 objects.
