Simple script to improve 3ds Max Tile Map

Hi guys. I have a nice procedural way of making my brickwork in 3ds Max using tiles, however a few times I need a true 'Flemish Bond', which 3ds max doesn't offer.

The preset 'common flemish bond' in 3ds max tiles map is not a true Flemish Bond pattern and the custom tiles settings do not allow for one.

I was wondering if it was possible to do this with a script.
