Conversion of existing maxscript file

I have a maxscript file which reads an ascii file (XYZ COORDINATES) generating from LIDAR DATA and converts the ascii file into 3dsmax cylinders 100m high at the XYZ COORDINATES. This script worked fine until MAX 2018. With 2019 there is an issue which needs resolving. The issue is that the script draws the cylinders not at the correct XYZ; ie they are shifted.
