Does any one know of a script that can export large polygon models along with texture and displace maps

Hi I work in 3ds Max 2016. I've created a large polygon model that has over 1.5 million polygons in total. The model is of a box tower. Similar in appearance to the box system for large cranes used on high rise buildings there 12 towers in all Each tower consists of 25 boxes is pretty much similar in that it uses the same texture maps and displace maps for each tower. The displace maps create the rivets at render. I've tried fbx but it doesn't save out the texture and displace files. Exporting .3ds creates an improper file format error on trying to import the model. .obj doesn't export the maps either. The materials are in a multi sub set up. Any one have any ideas?
