Vertex Size change

hey all, well this is my last step at my character design so pls if any1 can help i'll be thankful, so, the problem is that i got an exporter, and when i export my object then import it again, the size will get back no matter i re-sized it before exporting, in other words, and for example, i got an object with let's say 100 units size, i rescaled it to 60, then exported, imported again, and no use, like i did no scaling, it gets imported with 100 u size again, but i tried a way to make a fixed size by scaling the vertex, and actually worked as for size, but it affected the motion very bad, so any suggestions??

Guess you have to reset your

Guess you have to reset your transforms before exporting. You can do this in max via the "Utilities" tab, "Reset XForm" -> "Reset Selected" and then convert your object to an Editable Poly or whatever again. If you have a skinned and animated character already, this might unfortunately cause you problems, best would be to reset the transforms before you start the rigging and skinning process.
