Calendar for time configuration

Are there any scripts out there like this?

Would like to see time configuration display to calendar days.
For example instead of FRAMES, SMPTE, FRAMES:TICKS OR MM:SS:TICKS IT WOULD READ DAYS, YEAR:MONTH OR YEAR:MONTH:DAY

Would be ideal if each frame were a day and 28 to 31 frames would be a month and 365 frames being a year. Need a 10 year calendar.

Start time and end times could read as a date.

I imagine this could be a fun challenge. Not sure how to do this myself but I know I could use it.

Any suggestions?
