Copy mtl from picked id and past this mtl to another object picked id

Hi,
I'm looking for a script to copy mtl from an object to another.
I have 2 cars, one with all materials applied with or without submaterial.
I want to pick material from first model and apply to second one (ids are not in same order)
Same as SubMaterial Picker of sinokgr but instead of opening SME or CME it store the material, then pick to apply to other object to another id.
Shift-pick to copy and pick to apply...
It would be very handy !!! :-)

After reading my post again,

After reading my post again, perhaps I was not clear enough.
I would like to copy and paste material id one by one.
Always my exemple of two cars :
- pick tyre material id from one model and shift-click to id of second model to apply the material to this id.
No need to open complex multi-material in SME
That youd be great. :-)
