Drop lot of buildings on a hilly terrain at ones

Hi, I have an intermediate level on 3dsmax and I am facing the following problem:
I am looking for a way to drop a lot of boxes, standing at one same level, down to a hilly terrain.
I‘ve tried to apply gravity to the building and got a good result but only for a small amount of buildings. I have over an hundred of them to drop down. I think I need a script for that.
I am sure that I am not the first one facing this problem. Can somebody tell me if there is an existing script for that issue and if not how I could solve that?
