How to create 500 box assign bitmap automatic?

Very good site. My english is not good. I am beginner in maxscript.
I need create 500 box (simulating photos) to assign bitmap material, where box param:
Box.Height=Bitmap.Height
Box.Width=Bitmap.Width
Box.Length=1
In 1500 Frames
creating 1 box per 3 frame, along timeline (1500)
Name bitmap assign per box
001.Jpg
002.Jpg
...
500.jpg

I need code complete
