I need a script to automate import-export function. Will pay for it

Hello.
I have a very personal workflow that I've been using and improving throughout the years.

Basically, I model in Sketchup and link it in Max using FBX, while maintaining mapping coordinates, object separation (for shell or round corners, for example) and everything refreshes on reload. I have tried pretty much every combination possible and this one is what fits my workflow the best.

Unfortunately, for this to work, I have to export my Sketchup file to DWG and then use an empty max file where I import the DWG and export it into FBX.
I would like a script to automate that.
