[Request]Plugin - 3dsMax - TQ

I will say hi and that I am new here I am out searching for people that will be willing to give up some time to code a plugin for 3dsmax studio for my team and I.

The files in question I wish to edit and make new ones are of the .c3 extension which I myself just think its what they chose. They have the tag 3DSMAX in them. I assume the company TQ in china made their own plugin for their models as to prevent any editing. The files are broken up into 7parts some of those parts have clear tags like v_head and v_lweapon and v_rweapon. followed with the subsecant data.

I help run a private server for Eudemons Online, we are willing to pay for a script that fully works, obviously cheapest one will be bought.

Final note too is I can give you more people to contact about selling them the script for the same price to them to increase the ammount you make. I know of 3 to 4 other private servers that will also buy this script.
