I have bad geometry (scaled, with changed object and vray properties)
I want to reset it all
How can I create script like this:
- create plane
- convert to edit poly
- attach selected geometry to it
- delete this plane
So as result we have clean geometry

I have no idea if this is what you're after...this is not even a script...but since there's no replies....I'll try to help...BUT...
..you'll have to learn MCG...create a new tool as in the 1st pic (4 nodes, incredibly simple)...call it ResetMesh.
Then drag out a plane, box...whatever....apply the new modifier, RestMesh...pick the offending object...collapse/conv to Edit Poly
