Transfer uv from one single mesh to multiple selection

Hi,

Suppose I select 10* objects and make a copy of that selection then merge them into 1 single mesh.

Now suppose I make a UV2 for that single mesh for lightmap baking. Is there a way to copy that UV2 information to the 10 separate objects...so when the lightmap is baked, when applied to the 10 individual objects everything works perfectly.

I need to keep those objects separated since they are named + organized in a certain way (the single mesh that is merged is only for baking purposes and makes creating the 2nd uv set much much easier.)

*in my particular scene its well over 200 objects (takes 9 minutes to open the uv editor if I choose to unwrap with multiple objects selected instead of merging into one).
