Nudge Keys Command

Hi,

I'm looking for the MAXScript command that allows nudging key as the Keyboard shortcuts "Left Arrow" and "Right Arrow" do. I would like to be able to use them to be able tu nudge the selected keys in the normal timeline.

Does anyone have an idea?
