Convert all scene materials to VrayOverrideMtl ... Thanks in advance

Hi there,

I am a big newbie to scripting and i need some help.

I need a script to convert all Vray materials to VrayOverrideMtl.

Also I need the GI slot to be a grey at 128, 128, 128.

I looked over a few posts related to this kind of a requirement but I honestly couldn't get the script to work.

Could someone help me please.

Take a look attachments. This tool works on all scene objects (you don't need to select any object tor this option) or selection only
