Flip on/off ToolBar Panels.?

From someone who doesn't script, I often wonder if this effect is achievable while also supporting drag and drop buttons like regular toolbars.

It's the "Hide" effect within Max Assistant:

In theory you could work in fullscreen mode with nothing cluttering up the viewport and call on your toolbars by mousing over the edge of the screen when needed.

Just an idea I thought I'd share.
