Mirror scene in X

Mirror scene in X...

Is it possible to have your scene mirrored in Global X (for example).

Would be handy for modeling to check how your mesh looks instead of having to add mirror or symmetry modifiers to everything you make in your scene and toggling those on and off.

Some kind of a Global toggle to mirror all mesh in global X.

Ideally would it be possible to just have check for everything visible in positive X for example and have it mirror, so you don't have to go through selecting every time...

Is is possible to have it setup as a toggle on/off, check for everything visible in +X and mirror?
