Objects intersected

Hi all, I have many objects intersected like in image atached. There is some way through scripting to separate it without they touch?

Hi Graph, they aren't animated. Basically I'm painting with object paint and many objects result intersected because there isn't any collision parameter and spacing tool itsn't sufficient. I search something like select all objects and align eachone with others with some kind of minimum-maximum xyz position

are they animated in any way? because if they were not intersecting at first and then move into eachother you could use some way of SAT (seperating axis theorem) to get the best vector for seperation
