Creates Step Pyramid geometry

ver 1.01: added Taper for Devo fans...

ver 1.02: added Hermite Curve

also snuck in Caps so you can do this...

ver 1.03: fixed minor bug with the Hermite Curve (well, actually when NOT using it, should be perfectly linear)
