Adds Coordinate System - Pivot and Scale/NU/Squash switches to the Control-RightClick Menu. Copy into STDPLUGSSTDSCRIPTS and restart MAX 3.

This script is based on the great SimCloth scripted engine by Chaos Group. It simply provides a frontend to the functions and partially extends the functionality.
