Radiosity Quickbar

A macroscript which produces a space-saving floater that allows you to start/stop/reset the radiosity solution - and change the meshing size. Has a progress bar to show you how far the solution has got - but it doesn't always seem to update on heavy scenes.

Brazil Buddy

Brazil Buddy is at it simplest - a preset manager. It is also a look-development and test rendering assistant. It will let you access almost all of the settings in Brazil that can cause a render to take longer and adjust those settings. These settings can be temporarily used in a test render - commited to the scene - or stored in one of six preset slots.

Reindeer Free

Reindeer the node based render manager for 3dsMax is FREE to use during 2022 and probably longer.

Reindeer has been used for many years on lots of projects. It's a flexible tool not just for rendering. Use it for automating rendering or simulations or storing scene specific scripts in the scene file. Check out videos at the following link:

It is free for the time being (possibly forever), due to the costs of making it commercial being higher than the revenue (classic lose-lose).
