Animate street moving and racetracks in 3ds Max

Trajectory

The script "Trajectory" animates a single vehicle on the street or racetrack.
It updates the bodie's z_rotation, front weels' z_rotation, wheels' y_rotation and
car's position.
Supports acceleration (acceleration control), time control, creation of custom car rigs,shortest distance or higher speed moving path, engine audio.
The audio need to be tuned and maybe improved in next editions.
In newer versions of 3ds Max you need to click 2 times in the viewport, when you create the 1 st vertex of the shapes (arcs and lines - watch the video).

Boujou2max plug-in poster

Boujou2max imports raw markers from Boujou as an animated cubes or dummies. This is a good solution for raw motion tracking without camera solve.

Travel Distance

a Maxscript Controller to measure and expose the distance traveled by an object.
1: select an object, a point or something else
2: run the script
3: in the modify panel, clic on Pick Reference button and pick the object you want to mesure travel distance.

Now, if you animate the object in autokey, you will see the value changing.
You can use it in wire Parameter or in expressions or script controllers
