Displacement Roof Surfaces is a Free MaxScript that will take your existing roof geometry and properly apply UV Mapping coordinates to each roof plane and then apply convincing materials and displacement modifiers to the geometry.

Our goal is to eliminate the need for filling your 3d scenes with millions of polygons of roof tile geometry, thus keeping your viewports moving quickly and saving you hours of tedious work.

Distributes the selection within the minimum and maximum values much like distribute in Photoshop or Flash

TurboReduce will recreate the subdividion levels of an already subdivided mesh.

Here's my version of LOD creation script, it uses multiRes modifier. It works on multiple geometry and retains the geo type. It retains the skin modifier too, so you can run on a skinned character as well. Feel free to use this script and lemme know if you want me to add any feature to it or if it has any bugs.

I know there is great Blueprint creator scripts on this site, but i wanted to do this solution on my way. I wanted a small, quick opportunity to create simple images in 3dsmax, to use them as blueprints.

ImagineCG Maxscript - DDO - Delete Duplicate Objects

This useful script delete all overlapping objects in any imported model.

IMPORTANT
- before launching the script you have to convert all the geometry in Editable Poly
- DDO script deletes all the overlapping objects only if they share the same vertex number

This Blueprint creation script automates the task of creating planes that match bitmap sizes and creating & assigning the right materials. Just select the bitmaps, set a few options and you're done. It's mainly meant for setting up vehicle blueprints, but makes the job of creating even a single image reference plane a lot faster.
