Low Poly City Builder v1.0
Its a low poly city fully modeled ready to render on 3d max studio, LPCB is a plugin that contains tons of good polished low poly buildings and assets to make your life easier and faster development of your proyects.
Its works on a sytem grid that give you flexibility to place any object on the grid and make the seems place correctly.
LOW POLY:
That means that all the models have small amounts of poligons making all the scenes smallers in size an faster for all computers to process the info… EVEN IF YOU GOT A LOT OF MODELS ON SCENE
TERRAIN BUILDER:
This will allow you to create fast and easy the terrain for your city with the proper size of maps and auto-applying materials, even auto hights.

I agree, we should include
I agree, we should include our kids in the gardening and landscape projects. Not just to get some help from them but to let them learn something new. Only the books doesn't holds the knowledge rather such activities can also help a lot. Your garden is looking quite impressive. Though it is a small one but you have maintained it well. These days, some schools are including gardening as a part of the extra activities so that kids can learn few things out side the class room and can enhance their creativity. Good job!
