Animation helper script to dynamically add animation ranges. By clicking on a stored range the active range is set back to the stored range. Right click on a stored range will play the animation as well (see screenshot).

The animation ranges are stored within the scene, no additional files are used. Animation sequence can be changed, exported or deleted.

Mapped Wirecolor Range

Discription:
This Script creates the largest possible separation of color values (based on Hue, Saturation and Value) for the amount of selected objects. The script generates a color spectrum that can be mapped in 4 different ways:
- by name order
- selection order
- distance to node
- random order

It also can set object ID for objects where the colors are repeating.

This script offers easy to access tools for controlling animation time and playback, as well as the ability to save a few ranges to jump to.

It is a highly modified version of Jim Jagger's original Playback Tools and uses his icons.

Features:

- Player controls

- Playback speed controls

- UI hide toggle

- Time scrubber

- Compact and wider time scrubber mode (accessed via the thin bar below the small time scrubber)

- A separate rollout for storing up to four named time ranges

Time & Key Controls

This script contains various tools for manipulating time, keys other related animation controls. Scripts can be assigned to toolbars and placed just below the time slider for quick access.

Features:

- Time jumping in blocks of 5, 10, 15, 30 and 100 or N (set via a UI - see below), as well as jump to next or previous keys and the start time.

Time Range Manager

Allows you to edit and save a collection of named time ranges and access them via a dropdown list to change the scene time range based on their time settings.

Ranges are stored as a collection called sets. Multiple sets are then stored as a collection called projects.

The data is stored in INI files and so makes it independent of any maxfile.

There's also a compact option by clicking the thin bar above the ranges list.

See online guide in links section.

Time-Ranger

Sets up time-ranges in Max and embeds it to the max file.

Very useful tool when you have multiple time-ranges in your single animation file. Mostly used for games - but can be used for many other purposes as well.

Sometimes it's useful to have many animations of a character in one file - so its start and end positions match between the different animations. TimeRanger lets you choose which section of the animation to show in the timeline.

TronoTools: Out Of Range Type Handler

Quick tool for handling Out of Range Type animation.

This tool lets you select multiple objects of all kinds and set or disable their out of range type (ORT). You can select to only affect the position, rotation, scale or modifier/custom attribute tracks as you want. If you need support for materials or similar the code should be easy to read and modifiy for any coder. Or just let me know and I might implement it ;)
