WarpToggle creates a small floater with 2 buttons to either turn on - or turn off all space warp bindings. You have a choice of operating on either all objects - or only on selected objects. Very handy for speeding up viewport interaction if you are warping many or complex objects. Turn off the warps 'till you need em! Seems to work fine in Max v.7 - 2008, have not yet tested with Max2009, though it is a simple script, and should be OK.

EXR Network Render Fix

Trying to add more channels than default when network rendering out files to the .exr-format is a scourge. They get lost somewhere on the way. This little collection of script forces the channels to be there even on the computers on your farm as they render.

VRay preset manager

VRay preset manager is a frontend to the VRay renderer.

features:
-) quickly create and share presets of your rendering settings.
-) global (affect all settings) and partial (affect only selected settings) presets.
-) link mode syncs draft settings to production settings - for fast previews.
-) presets for VRay Advanced are included.

collectByWireColor

This scripts goes trough the selection and collects all the object wich have the same wirecolor to one Object. For now it works only with polyObjects.
this is usefull when working with Rayfire and TP. You can first cut Your frags as you like by hand. Then apply a random wirecolor to the frags. Then Frag your big Frags with some precedrual rule and collect all the frags into big objects with separate elements.
Now you have two level Fragmentation possibility with TP. Group activation and fraging to elements.

FinalRender Material Converter

This plugin adds a single button to your Interface. When you open it you can:

+ convert Standard to FinalRender Material
+ convert FinalRender Material to Standard Material
+ Show all (diffusemap) textures in view port

Additionally you can manually reassign the slots for the texturemaps.
