Hello! Interested script on 3d max. We need to create a script to render the modular kitchen furniture. We have about 15 episodes (variations). All modules in the series of the same size, different color only buildings and facades, and countertops.
We need a script that will be set for a certain logic modules in the mood of the scene, render, change the color of the facades and the body, countertops and make a new rendering with a new series of kitchen furniture. It is necessary to automate this process in 3DS Max.

Simple paid script

Hi we are reorganising all our texture folders so we need to batch relink ALL our max files (tens of thousands.)

Ideally the process would be:
1. Compare old directory to new directory to determine where the textures are now (Compare by name, size, date and content)
2. Create database with the new paths for each texture item
3. Batch open 3d max files in each directory and subdirectory and relink all paths according to new location.
4. If old texture route not found, suggest possible file+routes based on filename

Script manager system + Menu system, budget $50-100

What is it?

Looking for a max-script guru for PAID project

For a fairly large mobil 3D project we have need to export thousands of frames or character studio rigged animation to unity.

We need some scripting solution to create a workaround for the issue that fbx bakes character studio animation creating keys on every frame

One method we tried is to export to fbx then import back to max (now we keys on every frame)
then use this script http://www.scriptspot.com/3ds-max/scripts/reduce-transform-keys
to reduce number of keys - but this script is very slow as it redraws the screen to show progress bar

can someone write a script that render to texture, renders out a normal map? flat fee is 150$.

2 objects in scene, low_mesh and high_mesh. low mesh has proper uvs on channel 1, render to texture dialog, add projection map, add high_mesh as sub object, add normal map 2048x2048, then render out a proper normal map with the information from the high object on there.
