I made this script last year , but Now i made it more usable for everyone as (Spring Controller Tool)
features:
1) Add Spring Controller to hierarchy of bones,Objects or etc...
2) Add Spring To Selection Objects (its Require The Object Hierarchy Links)
3) Add A Modifier Controller For Each Spring Controller
4) Change The Spring Values One By One
5) Change Spring Values Of Massive Group Of Objects In Hierarchy At Once , Using Offset
6) 2 Default Presets To Change Spring Values Quikly
7) Run Timeline After Every Change To Spring Value (For Catch Spring And Play Fast After)

Creates a modeless floating window that contains all controllers in the scene
for quick access to the controller properties. The user can switch on/off
filters to control what types of controllers will be displayed.

Currently supports wire, expression, script, noise, reactor, list, wave, audio,
spring, motioncapture and limit controllers.

v0.4 update: Converted ActiveX UI element to dotNet, therby making the script 64bit compatible (and breaking compatibility with versions prior to 3ds Max 2008).

WarpToggle

WarpToggle creates a small floater with 2 buttons to either turn on - or turn off all space warp bindings. You have a choice of operating on either all objects - or only on selected objects. Very handy for speeding up viewport interaction if you are warping many or complex objects. Turn off the warps 'till you need em! Seems to work fine in Max v.7 - 2008, have not yet tested with Max2009, though it is a simple script, and should be OK.

Non-Destructive Freeze Transform

Freeze and/or zero-out transforms on objects while keeping all existing controllers in-tact. This means any existing constraints, script controllers, expression controllers, noise controllers, etc., will still be there afterwards.

Macroscript (without user interface) that will accurately collapse (bake) any transformation (position, rotation, scale) into keyframes (one keyframe per frame for the current animation range). Unlike the built-in tools, this works for any kind of controller as well as for parented objects (which will be unlinked afterwards).
