This simple script, allows to accelerate the workflow in 3DSMax.
It assembles the normals tools of Selection, cloning, Hide, Freeze, Color, Rendering and Convert object in an only window allowing a fast search. Very useful for all the uses.

Found another bug and fixed the last one I hope. I thought I had gotten rid of all errors - but found a new one that this script should resolve.

This is a tool designed to give the user more control than the default Select-By-Name dialog that ships with 3d Studio Max. It allows users access into grouped objects (searching through closed groups for objects - opening groups in scene on selection - etc.) along with multi-object renaming - moving - scaling - etc. A powerful object lister - and organizer.

As the 3ds max files for the levels in Driving Force gained complexity - eventually adding such things as physics proxies for all items - the sheer number of objects visible at any one time was degrading the performance of 3ds max. Since Driving Force was developed in 3ds max 4 there was no layering system. Selection sets weren't an either or proposition - unfortunately.

This script allows you to export and import of Selection Sets as XML file. By selecting name in list, you can select the Selection Sets in scene.

How to use:

・Save SelSets / Load SelSets Button:
Export and Import selection sets in 3dsmax. In Load Selection Set Window, you can select any sets to import.

・update list Button:
synchronize selection sets list in scene and Selection Set List below.

・Selection Set List:
select set name in list, then the objects are selected in scene.

This script lets you cycle through the scene objects. It hides all objects except one which is selected automatically
