Random Select/DeSelect objects by percentage with a few precise options

v.2 - added append to selection

Version Requirement: 
3ds Max 2008 and higher (or AVG for Max 9 and previous)

Put "RandomDeSelect.ms" into Max scripts folder, and run .mcr once.
