I have worked as a welder/plater for 10 years so i think options for: concave, convex and flat weld is essential. :)

Option to avoid intersecting dup. objects ("Extra Geometry") wold also be nice :)

Ideas.

If there are any more ideas out there that you guys would like me to make and implement let me know.

True

That is true mwaif. By default it still creates extra geometry. It was originally designed like that because the production called for it.
I can modify it if the community calls for it.

When you weld with "bump

When you weld with "bump type: none" , extra geometry is created. Other two options does not create extra geometry. I wonder if this is intended.

Anyway, thanks for this useful script.
