Not an incredibly complex script, but useful nonetheless and, shortly, I'll put out alternate versions depending on the software package used.

For those who use DAZ 3D Studio to transfer models and bones to max and then need the model for MotionBuilder, you know your bones need to be re-named for proper character definitions during the characterization phase in MB. Click n' drop and/or manually assigning the right names to MB could be a tedious process.

This script is meant to be used only in a specific workflow, when importing textures from Mari.

Usage: Choose the directory where the textures are stored. If the texture names contain the keywords of the mapping slots name like "Diffuse, bump, opacity.." then the script automatically suggest those textures to be assigned to the according slots.
By rightclicking the Assign button all the textures from all the mapping slots will be cleared.

The same as the regular noise modifier - except it strips away some unnecessary features (not unnecessary in all situations - just in most) and binds the x y z of strength into a single spinner that affects all axes equally.

Based on Neil Blevins' object planter. This script allows you to select two sets of objects and plant / parent them to another set of geometry that is "below" it. Ideal use: you have a bunch of props and need to plant/parent them onto multiple ground pieces... you can select all the trees, select all the ground pieces, and it'll automatically parent to the object below it.

Notes:
*Sometimes it will parent to wrong objects... i find that a reset xform on the parent objects help.
