This gives segment control for each component of a rectangle, ie, corner, length and width.

Found in Create>Shapes>Vu>Vu_ChamferedRectangle

To see the changes as you are adjusting, rightclick>Obj Properties>check vertex ticks

Bind Sun to Environment - For Corona Only

This script will let you pick an HDRI and then let you click the GO! button to load it as an environment map and bind it to "Dome" which is basically a dummy that let's you rotate the sun and environment together, just like Find And Bind for Vray.

NOTE: I am still working on mimicking the "find sun" feature. Moreover, there's a bug in Corona Bitmap that doesn't update it's preview in the viewport once it's rotated via dome. Where as the same thing works fine with Max or Vray Bitmap. So working on resolving that somehow as well.

Maxscript help for 3dsMax 2012 update

I've written about setting up your local maxscript help-file: read it here. Alex Mak has posted a nice addition to this. Read it here on cgTalk. Now it's very easy to make your own, local maxscript help behave exactly the same as the online maxscript help. It automatically feeds the word at the cursor-position into the search field. This is what was missing from my previous solution.

Stretchy Bones Creator

Stretchy Bones Creator allows a user to quickly create chains of stretchy bones, mirror them, project them onto an arbitrary mesh, and add them into a skin modifier. This allows a user to get right into weighting the vertices and fixing the skinning envelopes.

polyCountSelector: Selects objects based on their facecount.

Updated several older scripts, here's the major updates:

bitmapCollector: Now searches your mappaths and local maxdir for missing bitmaps.
modifierUtilities: Added a new mode for selecting objects with uVWMapping Modifiers with a specific map channel.
