Having a way to compensate for the (stupid) 24 material limit in 3D Studio is always a big request, so here's a script to do just that.

XRef Scenes update

I experienced problem with updating XRefs scenes during main scene load. I can hit "Update Now" button on workstation but I can't do this during renderfarm rendering. This script forces XRefs update during main scene load. It should be installed on every single render node. I expreienced this problem at 3ds Max ver 9, script was tested on ver. 2009 also (will propably work at v. 2008). Problem disappeared at 3dsMax 2010.

Copy Paste DWG

New - Crop option to crop unnessesary parts of imported blocks etc

This is another simple script to speed up some everyday modeling work....

Just to simply Copy Paste selected from AutoCAD or DraftSight to 3ds MAX

It copy only selected, so its easy to split dwg to separate objects (elev from plans etc)

This was my final assigment from a maxscripting course on cgsociety. It allows you to generate a red blood cell, virus or bacteria. It will also generate a group of them in random positions.

It installs as a macroscript under the mikes scripts category.

This script can set Key parameters "Ease To", "Ease From", "Tension", "Continuity" and "Bias" to ALL selected biped bones (including COM) - AT ONCE! If biped bone in selection does not have a key in the current time (frame), nothing happens with that bone.

Random Selector

This script allow you to select random vertex-edge-border-face-element parts of the object (it works on Editable Poly converted objects), or objects in the scene. There are three different selection algorithms in vertex-edge-face modes.
