Isolated display

Instructions:

1.Isolated display，Comes with 3dmax 'Select isolated' 'are different。

2.Select the isolated object, modify the model alone, then click once to select isolatedbutton. It can be repeatedly isolated objects.

May has come and is nearly gone but is a special month for ScriptSpot - this is the 9th year since ScriptSpot was created. 9 years... Wow. So - what does this mean? Not much this year but I do think next year should be big! I'm thinking everything from competitions to giveaways to a major site refresh. If you've got some ideas or just would like to help out over the coming year shoot me an email or leave a comment below.

A CMD utility to externally re-path 3ds Max files

This is a simple tool I wrote in IronPython and compiled to a usable .exe program for re-pathing or examining 3ds Max (.max and .mat) files without actually running 3ds Max.

It's pretty useful for batch re-pathing before rendering on render farms, for example. Or just to view what type of files are being linked in your .max and .mat scene files and material libraries, respectively.

So, the site's been down now for 2+ hours while I've been painstakingly merging data from my local dev machine with the live site. This past week I've spent quite a while going over the old scriptspot data and properly categorizing scripts (one of the biggest problems with the current site is scripts weren't categorized properly). Fortunately, thats should all be fixed now (I only say "should" since I can't possibly check every page, so if something was left out, use the contact form below to reach me).

The base idea of this topic is to say to all coders - always to research, because this is the only way to get rid of any myths. Each myth may hinder your future development and may leave a wrong impression in us for the MaxScript language at all.

ABTO Tools provides ability to modify UV which is not reachable by using standard functionality.

Please watch video for more detailed info.

Right now it allows welding UV vertices within threshold.
