Select all faces with Mareial ID equal to selected one.
Work with base Poly/Mesh & Edit/Select Poly/Mesh Modifiers.
Work on currently selected object/modifier in the modifier stack.

SelectByName+

Select objects in your scene using a wildcard system. As an example - to select every object in your scene with the word chair somewhere in the name simply type *chair*.

SelectByNoMaterial

Checks every object in your scene - if no material is applied the object is selected.

SelectbyTargetObject

"SelectByTargeObject  does the inverse of "Select Target" in the Lights/Cameras QuadMenu.

  • Select a single TargetObject and use the script to select its "master".
  • In the current version - only the "master" will become selected.

    Hi all,

    I was wondering if there is already a script or you have a simple solution for the following:

    I want to select some objects (A) by other object(B) that has the same color as the objects (A).
    (Max file have any wirecolr objects in sceen.)
